• AKYPO LM-40 IS A SURFACTANT SPECIALLY DESIGNED FOR USE IN OPEN PLANT CLEANING (OPC) PROCESSES, MAINLY IN THE FOOD AND BEVERAGE INDUSTRY:
• AKYPO LM-40 IS COMPATIBLE WITH ALL TYPE OF SURFACTANTS COMMONLY USED IN THE OPC APPLICATIONS, AND SHOWS A REMARKABLE FOAMING PERFORMANCE IN ALKALINE FORMULATIONS COMBINDED WITH AMPHOTERIC SURFACTANTS SUCH AS AMINE OXIDES OR BETAINES.
• PREFERRED RATIOS AS ACTIVE MATTER OF AKYPO LM-40 VERSUS OTHER COSURFACTANTS RANGE FROM 4:1 TO 1:1.
• RECOMMENDED CONCENTRATION OF USE OF SURFACTANTS FOR OPC APPLICATION IS AROUND 0.5% ACTIVE MATTER OF THE PRODUCT DILUTED IN WATER.
