GENAPOL X 1005

GENAPOL X 1005 is a nonionic emulsifier for emulsion polymerization.

GENAPOL X 1005 is an APEO-free and low VOC emulsifier and dispersing agent.
GENAPOL X 1005 is isotridecyl polyethylene glycol ether with 100 mole ethylene oxide.

GENAPOL X 1005 is a nonionic emulsifier for the chemical industry.
GENAPOL X 1005 can be used in emulsion polymerization to reduce coagulation and to improve electrolyte resistance and freeze/thaw stability.

GENAPOL X 1005 is added to the emulsion either before, during or after the polymerization process.
GENAPOL X 1005 can also be used as an emulsifier for bitumen emulsions.

GENAPOL X 1005 is used in pigment preparations and emulsion polymerization.
GENAPOL X 1005 is readily biodegradable, hazard label-free grade and easy to handle.
GENAPOL X 1005 is used as nonionic emulsifier for the emulsion polymerization of monomers like acrylates, styrene-acrylates and vinyl acetate.

GENAPOL X 1005 maintains low viscosity of polymer emulsion at different shear rates, enhances electrolyte stability and improves shelf life.
GENAPOL X 1005's recommended dosage rate is 3-6%.
The shelf life of GENAPOL X 1005 is 730 days from the date of production.

Properties of GENAPOL X 1005:
Low VOC,
Free of alkylphenol ethoxylates (APEO),
Hazard label free,
Readily biodegradable,
Easy to handle (liquid material; soluble in water),
FDA approved.

Performance in emulsion polymerization of GENAPOL X 1005:
