Quartemine is a cationic surfactant - behentrimonium chloride - used as high conditioning surfactant, with substantive properties. 
Quartemine provides smoothness, shine and anti-static effect to the hair.

Quartemine is a raw material with an oily cationic property, usually in the odor of isopropyl alcohol, in a very hard or creamy consistency.
Quartemine is used as the main raw material in the detergent industry and especially in fabric softener.

Quartemine is used in hair conditiones formulas.
