We are one of the leading suppliers, traders and exporters of high quality matting agent under the brand name of Acematt OK 412 LC.
Available with us at highly affordable prices, these chemicals are widely used in various paint and coating industries.
Due to the excellent suspension behavior and low electrical conductivity, these chemicals are highly demanded in the market.

Features: Excellent suspension behavior, Low electrical conductivity, Precise pH

Even if Acematt OK 412 is used in colored paint, the surface performance of the coating is still excellent, and the surface smoothness is extremely high.
Because of Acematt OK 412s excellent suspension performance, Acematt OK 412 is especially suitable for varnishes.
If the drying time is prolonged when using Acematt OK 412, ACEMATT® OK 500 is recommended.

Packaging and storage
For details regarding our packaging options for this product, please contact your local sales representative.
Our products are inert and extremely stable chemically.
However, due to their high specific surface area, they can absorb moisture and volatile organic compounds from the surrounding atmosphere.
Therefore, we recommend to store the products in sealed containers in a dry, cool place, and removed from volatile organic substances.

Even if a product is stored under these conditions, after a longer period it can still pick up ambient moisture over time, which could lead to its exceeding the specified moisture content.
For this reason, our recommended use-by date is 24 months after date of manufacture.
Product more than 24 months old should be tested for moisture content before use in order to make certain that Acematt OK 412 is still suitable for the intended application.

Application and characteristics
Acematt OK 412 allows exceptional surface characteristics with excellent slipeffect, also in pigmented coatings.
As a result of Acematt OK 412s outstanding suspension behavior, Acematt OK 412 is especially suitable for use in clear coats.

Easy to disperse, general-purpose matting powder with organic surface treatment.
