Addocat PP is a polyurethane catalyst composed of a blend of tertiary amines.
Due to Addocat PP's proprietary nature, a specific molecular formula isn't provided.
However, the molecular weight of Addocat PP is approximately 176.2 g/mol.

Addocat PP is a blend of tertiary amines.
Addocat PP acts as a catalyst. Its addition reduces the potlife of the finish.
To give greater convenience and accuracy of dosage, Addocat PP should be used as a 10% solution in solvents such as butyl acetate, ethyl acetate, methylisobutylketone, methylethylketone or xylene.

Addocat PP accelerates the drying and curing of 2-component polyurethane coatings based on aliphatic diisocyanates such as e.g.
Recommended dosage of Addocat PP is 0.02 to 0.50 % calculated on the total amount of Desmodur/Desmophen.
Addocat PP has a shelf life of 12 months.

Addocat PP is a polyurethane catalyst based on a blend of tertiary amines.
Addocat PP is specifically recommended for use in  polyurethane coatings based on aliphatic diisocyanates.
Addocat PP accelerates the drying and curing of 2K polyurethane coatings.

Addocat PP is a catalyst for the production of PUR foams, e. g. flexible ester slabstock foam, hot molded foam, filling foam, rigid foam as well as other PUR applications, e. g. paints and coatings.
Addocat PP is colorless to slightly yellowish, clear liquid.
In rigid foam systems, Addocat PP activates the blowing and the crosslinking reaction of rigid foam systems.

USES and APPLICATIONS of ADDOCAT PP:
This catalyst, Addocat PP, is primarily used to accelerate the drying and curing of two-component polyurethane coatings based on aliphatic diisocyanates and polyols.
Addocat PP is also employed in the production of various polyurethane foams, including flexible ester slabstock foam, hot molded foam, filling foam, and rigid foam.

Polyurethane Coatings: Addocat PP accelerates the drying and curing of two-component (2K) polyurethane coatings based on aliphatic diisocyanates, such as Desmodur N-types or Desmodur Z 4470, and polyols of the Desmophen series.
Polyurethane Foams: Flexible Ester Slabstock Foam: Addocat PP activates the blowing and crosslinking reactions.

Rigid Foam Systems: Addocat PP is used in appliance insulation, pipe insulation, and sandwich panels; activates blowing and crosslinking reactions.
Cellular Vulkollan: Addocat PP added to the crosslinker mixture during processing.

Ether Filling Foam: Addocat PP is suitable for foams based on active trifunctional long-chain polyether polyols and MDI.
Addocat PP is often used with co-catalysts like Addocat PV, Addocat 108, or Addocat 102.

Flexible Ester Slabstock Foam: Addocat PP activates blowing and crosslinking reactions in flexible PUR ester foam systems.
Typical dosage: Addocat PP (0.1-0.4 pphp) with Addocat 101 (1.0 - 1.6 pphp).
Cellular Vulkollan: Addocat PP is added to the crosslinker mixture for cellular Vulkollan processing.

Typical mixture includes Vulkollan 2001 KS, Addovate SM, Addovate DD 1092, and Addocat PP.
