Typical applications include: Joint fillers and putties, Floor leveling and self-leveling compounds, Cement and gypsum-based mortars, Screeds (cementitious and anhydrite based), Powder paints and coatings, Construction adhesives and industrial adhesives.

When added at typical levels (0.1 %–1 % of finished product weight), Agitan P 803 reduces foam formation and entrained air, resulting in smooth, low-void pastes and mortars with improved flow, workability, and finished surface quality.
In some formulations, Agitan P 803 also shows a plasticizing effect, increasing spreadability without significantly increasing water content.

-Main Applications of Agitan P 803:
• Self leveling compounds for building industry
• Thin sets for building industry

PROPERTIES AND APPLICATIONS of AGITAN P 803:
Agitan P 803 is recommended for use by first mixing the concrete and additives thoroughly, then adding it to water before application.
The addition of Agitan P 803 results in a solution with very few air bubbles, and it is highly effective at defoaming water-based pastes or lumps that are virtually air-free.

In some powder systems, Agitan P 803 exhibits flowability, meaning it enhances performance without reducing defoaming.
Agitan P 803 is suitable for use in the parquet flooring industry.
Agitan P 803 is very easy to use and exhibits good compatibility with all powder systems, such as powder coatings, binders, plastering, and concrete.

BENEFITS of AGITAN P 803:
*Reduced foam and air entrapment during mixing and application.
