AKYPO LM 40 is a surfactant specially designed for use in open plant cleaning (opc) processes, mainly in the food and beverage industry:
AKYPO LM 40 is compatible with all type of surfactants commonly used in the opc applications, and shows a remarkable foaming performance in alkaline formulations combinded with amphoteric surfactants such as amine oxides or betaines.

Preferred ratios as active matter of AKYPO LM 40 versus other cosurfactants range from 4:1 to 1:1.
Recommended concentration of use of surfactants for opc application is around 0.5% active matter of the product diluted in water.
