Amgard TBEP is tris(2-butoxyethyl) phosphate-based plasticizer and defoamer.
Amgard TBEP also acts as a levelling agent for acrylic and styrenic floor polishes and a coalescent additive for emulsion polymers.
AMGARD TBEP also acts as a halide-free flame retardant in polymer systems.

AMGARD TBEP has multiple applications and plays a vital role in various industries.
AMGARD TBEP is primarily used in surface coatings, particularly in floor care products such as polishes and finishes.
AMGARD TBEP functions as a leveling agent in latex paints and waxes.
Additionally, AMGARD TBEP serves as a processing aid for acrylonitrile rubber and as an anti-block agent for cast polyurethanes.

AMGARD TBEP is used as a resin in floor wax and a plasticizer in elastomers, as a flame retardant and plasticizer for rubber bottle stoppers in blood sample solvents, and as a fire-resistant and light stable plasticizer for products.
AMGARD TBEP can also be used as a solvent for resins, a viscosity modifier for plastic sols, and as a defoamer in synthetic rubber, plastics, and paints.

AMGARD TBEP is used as a processing aid for floor polishing agents and water-based adhesives;
AMGARD TBEP is used as a flame retardant and plasticizer for acrylonitrile rubber, cellulose acetate, epoxy resin, ethyl cellulose, polyvinyl acetate, and thermoplastic and thermosetting polyurethane.
AMGARD TBEP can also be used as a defoamer (anti foaming agent) in coatings, detergents, and textiles, with good low-temperature characteristics.
AMGARD TBEP can also be used as a plasticizer for nitrocellulose, ethyl cellulose, and acrylic plastics, which can make the products transparent and have good UV resistance.

AMGARD TBEP is used in polyurethane rubber, cellulose, polyvinyl alcohol nitrocellulose, and acrylic plasticizers, it can provide products with transparency and excellent resistance to ultraviolet (UV) radiation, particularly in floor care formation, AMGARD TBEP can effectively lower the glass transition temperature (Tg) of floor wax polymers, imparting elasticity to the coating.
Simultaneously, AMGARD TBEP reduces the minimum temperature required for polymer film formation, enhancing constructability.
AMGARD TBEP also acts as a leveling agent, facilitating the smooth flow of floor wax during the coating process.
This feature is particularly crucial in multi-layer floor wax coatings, ensuring an even and uniform application.
Therefore, AMGARD TBEP is an effective ingredient in floor wax formulations.

Flame Retardant
AMGARD TBEP can be used as a flame retardant for materials such as plastics, rubber, and synthetic fibers.
AMGARD TBEP finds wide application in the fire protection and electronics industries.

Plasticizer
AMGARD TBEP is used in polyurethane rubber, cellulose, polyvinyl alcohol nitrocellulose, and acrylic plasticizers, it can provide products with transparency and excellent resistance to ultraviolet (UV) radiation, particularly in floor care formation, TBEP can effectively lower the glass transition temperature (Tg) of floor wax polymers, imparting elasticity to the coating.
Simultaneously, it reduces the minimum temperature required for polymer film formation, enhancing constructability.

Leveling Agent
AMGARD TBEP also acts as a leveling agent, facilitating the smooth flow of floor wax during the coating process.
This feature is particularly crucial in multi-layer floor wax coatings, ensuring an even and uniform application.
Therefore, AMGARD TBEP is an effective additive in floor wax formulations.
AMGARD TBEP is important to note that the concentration of sodium ions must be strictly controlled, especially in the field of surface coating.
AMGARD TBEP can result in the formation of pinholes in the final coating, significantly impacting its visual appearance and overall aesthetic quality if the sodium ion content is too high.
