DESCRIPTION

ARADUR 115 is a high-viscosity polyamidoamine blend developed as a reactive curing agent for epoxy resin systems.
ARADUR 115 functions as a hardener, curing agent, accelerator, crosslinker, and thermoset-forming component.

ARADUR 115 is a chemical blend rather than one chemically pure molecular substance.
ARADUR 115 therefore does not possess one definitive complete-product molecular formula, molecular weight, or EC number.

ARADUR 115 is commonly associated with CAS Number 68082-29-1 for its polymeric polyamidoamine component.
ARADUR 115 composition and regulatory identification should be confirmed through the current region-specific Safety Data Sheet.

ARADUR 115 normally appears as a high-viscosity clear to dark-brown liquid or semi-solid material.
ARADUR 115 has a characteristic amine odor and can darken gradually during prolonged storage.

ARADUR 115 has a specified viscosity range of approximately 3,100–3,700 mPa·s when measured at 75°C.
ARADUR 115 requires an elevated viscosity-test temperature because ARADUR 115 is extremely viscous under ordinary room-temperature conditions.

ARADUR 115 has an amine value of approximately 240–260 mg KOH/g.
ARADUR 115 amine value serves as an important quality-control parameter for reactive functionality and batch consistency.

ARADUR 115 has a representative active-hydrogen equivalent weight of approximately 240 g/eq.
ARADUR 115 active-hydrogen equivalent can be used with the resin epoxy equivalent weight to estimate a starting formulation ratio.

ARADUR 115 contains reactive amine hydrogen groups capable of opening epoxy rings.
ARADUR 115 gradually converts a liquid resin-hardener mixture into an insoluble and infusible crosslinked thermoset network.

ARADUR 115 provides extremely long working time in compatible liquid or solid epoxy resin systems.
ARADUR 115 has a representative gel time exceeding 1,000 minutes at 23°C in the documented reference formulation.

ARADUR 115 can form non-tacky films after an appropriate prereaction period with a compatible epoxy resin.
ARADUR 115 prereaction influences viscosity, film formation, application behavior, and early curing performance.

ARADUR 115 provides excellent adhesion and high flexibility in properly formulated coatings and adhesives.
ARADUR 115 final flexibility depends on resin structure, hardener ratio, pigments, fillers, film thickness, and curing conditions.

ARADUR 115 contributes very high anti-corrosion protection and useful salt-spray resistance in compatible protective coating systems.
ARADUR 115 corrosion performance remains dependent on surface preparation, pigment selection, total film thickness, defects, and exposure conditions.

ARADUR 115 provides useful chemical resistance after complete reaction with a compatible epoxy resin.
ARADUR 115 chemical resistance must be verified against the exact chemical, concentration, temperature, and exposure duration involved.

ARADUR 115 has a typical density of approximately 0.96 g/cm³ at 20°C and a flash point of at least approximately 200°C.
ARADUR 115 should be stored between 2°C and 40°C in sealed containers protected from direct sunlight, moisture, excessive heat, and contamination.
