Tylose MH 60004 P6 type is water-soluble cellulose ethers, produced from cellulose. Cellulose ethers are manly used as thickeners, binders, water retaining agents and dispersing agents. There are more than 200 different Tylose MH 60004 P6 products for many applications, whose end products can be found in almost all areas of every day life.
The most important fields of application for Tylose MH 60004 P6 are as additives for building and coating materials. In building materials, for example, Tylose MH 60004 P6 enables the use of machine applied plasters and guarantees a highly efficient application on ceilings and walls. Tylose MH 60004 P6 prevents the sedimentation of coatings and allows an even, almost spatter-free application of the paint.
Tylose MH 60004 P6 is used by the oil and gas industry for various applications such as rheology modification in fluids for drilling and completion of petroleum and natural gas wells.
Furthermore, Tylose MH 60004 P6 is used in hydraulic fracturing processes and it is an effective fluid-loss additive in well cements. Tylose MH 60004 P6 is compatible with most additives such as biocides, antifoaming agents, oxygen scavengers, fluid loss control additives and retarders.
As a naturally derived polymer, it is easily biodegradable.Tylose MH 60004 P6 grades are used as viscosifiers in drilling fluids, particularly in heavy brines for completion and workover operations. Since Tylose MH 60004 P6 forms stable solutions with high salt concentrations, it is perfectly suitable for the viscosifying of these fluids.
Use of Tylose MH 60004 P6 gives other benefits, such as higher drilling rates and increased oil production and it is easily degradable with chemical and enzyme based breakers.
Hydraulic fracturing enables production of natural gas from unconventional reservoirs but also enhances well productivity in conventional formations. High viscosity Tylose MH 60004 P6 grades can be cross-linked with various metal ions and are able to modify the rheology of fracturing fluids to transport proppants into the wellbore.
After fracturing is completed, Tylose MH 60004 P6 can easily be removed by chemical or enzymatic degradation, leaving no pore-plugging residues.
Non-woven fabrics are randomly oriented fibres, bonded together chemically, mechanically or by other means . In the production of nonwoven fabrics, Tylose MH 60004 P6 serves as a rheology modifier of seizing agents and prevents settling in dispersions of wet laid processes.
For the production of pencil and coloured crayon Tylose MH 60004 P6 is used as a binder and plasticiser. The lead of the crayon achieves a higher flexibility and a higher braking strength due to the use of Tylose MH 60004 P6.
Tylose MH 60004 P6 acts as a binder of sustainable pet litters made from natural derived pellets from wood or plant fibres and enables the pellets to form stable lumps. It can be either pressed into the raw material of the pellets before pelletizing or mixed with the finished pellets.
Rubber gloves are made from natural latex, nitrile or chloroprene within a dipping process. Tylose MH 60004 P6 acts as a thickener and prevents sedimentation as well as influences the thickness of the finished rubber material.
Tylose MH 60004 P6 based seed coatings are very stable and enable the crop to receive the active substances reliably and at the right time.

Tylose MH 60004 P6 is applied to the coating material of the welding rod and acts as a binding and plasticising agent in the co-extrusion process. It improves the elasticity of the extruded material and thus reduces crack formation directly after production.
Renders are mixtures of mineral binders, aggregates and auxiliaries. Depending on the process, there is a distinction between hand and machine application. Renders are used for base coating, insulation, renovation and decorative purposes. Renders based on cement or cement/hydrated lime can be employed for exterior and interior work. Cement based jointing and trowelling compounds are used for repairing systems and to smooth coarse walls and floors. Grouts are applied to fill the gaps between ceramic or stone tiles.
Tylose MH 60004 P6 is an important additive ensuring there is sufficient water retention in renders and trowelling compounds. Additional advantages are better workability and an increase of the adhesion strength. Machine applied renders are mixed in continuously or discontinuously working plastering machines. These enable coverage of large wall and ceiling areas by a highly efficient technique. Continuously operating plastering machines need to be fed with premixed renders containing Tylose MH 60004 P6
There are many reasons why Tylose MH 60004 P6 is an important component in water based paints for ceilings, walls and facades. Application of paint should be smooth and easy, whilst spatter must be kept to a minimum. To achieve these attributes only a small amount of Tylose is necessary. Depending on the system being used, a concentration of 0.2 % – 0.5 % is typically required.
The choice of Tylose MH 60004 P6 types depends on the application and requirements. The most commonly used Tylose MH 60004 P6 types in coating materials are Tylose HS and Tylose H.
Hair colouring can be divided into two main types, permanent and semi-permanent. Permanent hair colouring is achieved through the use of oxidation dyes. The process is typically performed under basic conditions. Semi-permanent hair dye only penetrates the hair shaft and therefore will be washed out after repeated washing.
Also Sun Care products (Sunscreens) are available as lotion, spray or gel. They absorb or reflect a part of the sun’s ultraviolet (UV) radiation. Sunscreens contain an organically chemical compound which absorbs UV light and/or inorganic particulates which reflect, scatter and absorb UV light.
Thickener choices can not only impact formulation viscosity but sensorial aspects too. Multifunctional Tylose MH 60004 P6 hydroxypropyl methylcellulose (HPMC) products are nature-derived rheology modifiers that enhance the sensory experience. Tylose MH 60004 P6 is available in a wide range of grades to suit all your thickening challenges.
Nature-derived from sustainably-sourced¹ cellulose, a natural, abundant and renewable resource, Tylose MH 60004 P6 products are water-soluble, non-ionic polymers. Tylose MH 60004 P6 products are efficient thickeners and film formers that enhance foam production and foam stabilization in surfactant systems for improved foam quality that is longer lasting.

Due to its non-ionic character Tylose MH 60004 P6 is compatible with most commonly used surfactants, enabling optical clarity in formulations.
Last of all, Plant-based protein products have quickly evolved beyond the traditional veggie burger and now encompass many different formats. Although products are usually formulated for vegetarian or vegans, they may also appeal to a wider audience. Some of the broader motivations for eating plant based proteins include those seeking variety in their diet, concern for animal welfare, allergen avoidance, a desire to reduce the amount of meat that they consume or taste preference.
The right hydrocolloid helps you deliver a product with the desired eating quality and texture. Because of their versatility, hydrocolloids can help deliver sensory and functional benefits. Formulators use hydrocolloids to replicate the bite of a meat-based product, improve moisture retention, improve binding or help replace an allergic binder, like eggs.
Some applications require lower temperature gelling properties. That’s why we developed Tylose MH 60004 P6 modified cellulose (methylcellulose). Tylose MH 60004 P6 modified cellulose is specially formulated for meat alternative and vegetable-based applications. It can provide a firm bite for products meant to simulate meat products, binding to replace eggs, and can help retain moisture to provide an enjoyable eating experience
