C9 Hydrocarbon Resin, also known as C9 Petroleum Resin, is a type of thermoplastic resin derived from the polymerization of unsaturated hydrocarbons obtained from the distillation of crude oil. 

These resins are primarily composed of monomers containing nine carbon atoms (C9), hence the name.
C9 Hydrocarbon Resin is a C5/C9 aromatic hydrocarbon that is used in industrial applications.
