Carbon Black N330 is a High Abrasion Furnace (HAF) grade features medium structure and medium surface area offers high resilience, easy processing and good tensile strength properties.
Carbon Black N330 is with good reinforcing properties, which can give the rubber good strength, tear resistance, abrasion resistance and elasticity. 
The rolling loss (hysteresis loss) of the passenger tire using this product is only greater than N351 in the N300 series carbon black, which is smaller than other varieties, and has better dispersion and extrusion performance in the rubber compound. 
High wear-resistant furnace black HAF.

Carbon Black N330 is the most widely used high wear-resistant carbon black, with an iodine absorption value of 82g/kg and DBP 102cm3/100g.


Carbon Black N330 mainly used in Tires (Solid Tires, Tread, Castings, Beads and Cord Rubber), Conveyor Belts, Rubber Products (Mechanical, Roller & Moulded and others) which requires optimum balance of abrasion resistance, hysteresis and viscosity properties and Inks & Paints.

Carbon Black N330 is applicable for wires & cables, industrial rubber, rubber shoes, rubber roller, rubber tube and conveyor belt.

CARBON BLACK N330 provides good abrasion resistance with high resilience, easy processing, good tensile and tear properties. 
CARBON BLACK N330 has wide range of applications in NR and SR compounds for both tires and mechanical goods.

Carbon blacks are fine particle size, highly reinforcing carbon blacks used most commonly in tire applications.  
Medium sized, semi-reinforcing grades for use in a variety of rubber compounds.  
They offer improved tensile strength and modulus as well as increased abrasion resistance in tires and other rubber products. 
The less reinforcing grades enhance the extrudability  and mold flow of compounds while the highly reinforcing grades are recommended for compression molding applications.

Carbon black N330 is the most widely used high abrasion furnace black.The abrasion of the N330 compounds is lower than ISAF compounds but better than those of channel black-compounds.
APPLICATION
Carbon black N330 is used in the tread compound, cord fabric compound, inner tire and industrial compounds.
USAGE AND FUNCTION
Carbon black N330 has good re-inforcement, resulting in good tensile properties, crack resistance, abrasion and elasticity. 
The hysteresis loss of the passenger tire filled with N330 is lower than the compounds with other N300 series except N351. 
The N330 has good dispersion and extrusion properties too, suitable for various synthetic rubbers and natural rubbers.

N330 is a kind of carbon black of furnace process and high ware-resistant. 
CARBON BLACK N330s specification is medium gain diameter, typical D.B.P, wide range of general purpose application. 
CARBON BLACK N330 has excellent strengthen for tire and rubber products. 
N330 is wet method pellet, low pullet, high product quality, less impurity. 
It 45μm residuum on sieve less then 300ppm. 
So use for rubber production it can improve the fineness. 
Use to tread can improve wear-resistance and anaphase, reduce the rubber products number of reject and seconds.

N330 is a general purpose high abrasion carbon black. 
CARBON BLACK N330 gives a good balance of properties such as abrasion resistance, hysteresis and viscosity. 
CARBON BLACK N330 is used for many body compound applications in tires and rubber goods. 
Carbon Black N330 is recommended to be used in the surface material of tires, the rubber for cord layer, rubber for inner tubes, and other rubber products. 
Better extrusion and better dispersion when N330 was used for rubber, it fits for all kinds of compound rubbers and nature rubbers.

Carbon black is widely used as a model compound for diesel soot for diesel oxidation experiments, and also used as a reinforcing filler in tires and other rubber products.
Similarly, CARBON BLACK N330 is used as a color pigment in plastics, paints and inks.
CARBON BLACK N330 also offers very good abrasion resistance.
As well as, CARBON BLACK N330 also provides good tear resistance and high tensile strength.
