CERIDUST 9615 A is a slip and rub resistance additive in all kind of printing ink systems.
CERIDUST 9615 A is a well balanced wax combination.
This outstanding combination offers excellent rub resistance in offset shed fed and gravure printing inks.

Micronized products tend to form “soft” agglomerates caused by humidity or electrostatic charging, not CERIDUST 9615 A.
The absence of agglomerates makes CERIDUST9615 A easy to dispers and prevents agglomerate related productions problems.

CERIDUST 9615 A is an additive that is slip and rub resistant in all types of printing inks.
Especially in pasty inks, the layering phenomenon on the rubber coating is noticeably reduced due to the anti-blocking behavior.
In solvent-based and water-based coatings, the micronized wax compound acts as a scratch-resistant additive and reduces the coefficient of friction (slip).

CERIDUST 9615 A is recommended for solvent and water based coatings and paints.
CERIDUST 9615 A is also a very effective powder coating additive.

Applications of CERIDUST 9615 A:

CERIDUST 9615 A is also very effective additive for powder coatings.

CERIDUST 9615 A is a slip and rub resistance additive in all kind of printing ink systems.
Especially in pasty inks the phenomenon of piling on the rubber blanket is noticeable reduced due to anti blocking behavior.

In solvent and water based coatings the micronized wax compound performs as scratch resistance additive and lowers the coefficient of friction (slip).
CERIDUST 9615 A also improves the abrasion resistance and minimizes metal markings.

In wood coatings CERIDUST 9615 A provides additionally soft touch and anti blocking performance.
CERIDUST 9615 A can also be used as additive to improve the sand ability.

In powder coatings CERIDUST 9615 A is a very effective degassing agent in all kind of powder coatings.
CERIDUST 9615 A is also increases the output during extrusion process and improves the flow ability of the powder.

CERIDUST 9615 A provides slip properties and enhances scratch resistance of the cured powder coating.
The fine and free flowing powder is easy to blend with all the other ingredients at the beginning of the production procedure.

Wood Coatings & Finishes
Paints & Coatings — Industrial Coatings
Industrial Coatings
Electrical & Electronics — Wire & Cable
Jacketing & Insulation

Application and Features of CERIDUST 9615 A:
Provide excellent surface performance and smooth hand feel, so that the paint film has excellent performance of anti-scratch, anti-stick, wear-resistant, increased slippery and anti-metal scratches.
Greatly improve the water resistance and waterproof ability of the paint film.

When used with fumed silica and organic bentonite, CERIDUST 9615 A can improve the defects of poor surface performance brought by the two to the film, and at the same time, CERIDUST 9615 A can improve the arrangement of matte powder on the surface of the coating, so that the matte performance of the coating can be better played.
CERIDUST 9615 A has no effect on the gloss of the paint film, and is especially suitable for advanced paint systems such as advanced furniture paint, home appliance paint, coil iron paint, printing can paint, and powder paint.

CERIDUST 9615 A can be directly added into the coating system, easy to disperse, no need to grind, and easy to use.
Provide the ink with excellent surface properties such as anti-wear, anti-scratch, anti-sticking, and increase smoothness, so as to avoid the friction between the papers during high-speed printing and wear the ink surface to affect the printing effect, and also avoid the upper and lower paper sticking together.

Eliminate the phenomenon that the ink film is easy to fall off the shaft during high-speed printing.
CERIDUST 9615 A can be directly added to the ink, which is convenient to use and reduces the cost.

Usage of CERIDUST 9615 A:
First dry mix 9615A with all other components of powder coating, then mix well in a squeezer or blender.
The addition amount of CERIDUST 9615 A: generally 0.8-2% of the total weight.
When adding, in order to achieve uniform dispersion and achieve the best effect, CERIDUST 9615 A is generally dispersed with a high-speed disperser.
