DATEM 4000

DATEM 4000 is formed by glycerol with vegetable fatty acids, mono and acetyl tartaric acids (acetic acid – from tartaric acid obtained) are mixed esters. 
A small amount of free glycerol in the datem structure, fatty acids tartaric and acetic may contain acids or their combinations
