DEHSCOFIX CO 70

CAS:    72146-89-5
Molecular Weight: 342.297
Formula: C12H22O11

Dehscofix CO 70 is a nonionic synthetic polymer of sucrose that has been studied as a macromolecular crowding (MMC) agent in protein refolding.
Dehscofix CO 70 is a polymer that is synthesized by a covalent linkage of sucrose and epichlorohydrin.
Dehscofix CO 70 is a water-soluble, thermosensitive polymer that has been shown to have high enzyme activities, such as cellobiose dehydrogenase, glucose oxidase, and lipases.
Dehscofix CO 70 is used in vitrification experiments as a model system for protein crystallization and in vitro methods for studying the mechanism of toll-like receptor signaling pathways with dextran sulfate.

Dehscofix CO 70, a neutral hydrophilic polysaccharide, can be used to separate blood to its components in biology laboratories and is easily dissolved in aqueous solutions.
Ungraded products supplied by Spectrum are indicative of a grade suitable for general industrial use or research purposes and typically are not suitable for human consumption or therapeutic use.
Dehscofix CO 70 surfactants for industrial applications primarily construction, paints, inks and emulsion polymerisation.
Surfactants act as intermediates, essential to creating specialised end-use properties e.g. in cement as a superplasticiser or air entraining agent.
Dehscofix CO 70, a high molecular weight branched polysaccharide polymer, is believed that they do not contain any ionized groups.
Dehscofix CO 70 is formed by the copolymerization of sucrose with epichlorhydrin.
