THE ROLE of OXIDISED POLYETHYLENE WAX IN PVC:

When producing PVC soft products, the amount of lubricant added is generally less than 1 part. 
In hard PVC plastics, excessive lubricant will lead to strength reduction and also affect the process operation.

For injected products, the total amount of stearic acid and paraffin wax is generally 0.5~1 part: for extruded products, it is generally no more than 1 part.

Polyethylene wax can improve the fluidity of polyethylene, polypropylene, ABS and demodulation of polymethyl methacrylate and polycarbonate. 
Compared with other external lubricants, polyethylene wax has stronger internal lubrication for PVC.
Polyethylene wax and E914 (Oxidized Polyethylene Wax) are ideal products to replace montan wax, sichuan wax, liquid paraffin, microcrystalline paraffin and natural paraffin.


The polyethylene wax has good compatibility with polyethylene, polypropylene, polyglycolic acid ethylene, ethylene propylene rubber and butyl rubber. 
The polyethylene wax can improve the fluidity of polyethylene, polypropylene and ABS and the release property of polymethyl methacrylate and polycarbonate. 
Polyethylene wax has a stronger internal lubrication effect than PVC and other external lubricants.
