EDTA 4Na is a type of aminopolycarboxylic acid and is a colorless, water-soluble solid.

EDTA 4Na is also known as EDTA Sodium Salt.

EDTA 4Na is often used to dissolve limescale.
EDTA 4Nas benefit is due to its ability to cleave metal ions such as Ca2 and Fe3, a hexadentate ("hexadentate") ligand and penetrating agent.
EDTA 4Na is a type of aminopolycarboxylic acid and is a colorless, water-soluble solid.

In shampoos, cleansing lotions and personal care products, EDTA 4Na salts are used as a release agent to increase their stability in air.

In the textile field, it prevents the impurities of metal ions from changing the colors of dyed products.

In the paper industry, EDTA 4Na inhibits the catalysis of metal ions, specifically Mn2, indeterminate proportions of hydrogen peroxide, which does not contain chlorine and is used in bleaching.

EDTA 4Na reduces the formation of carcinogenic substances such as EDTA and benzene in soft drinks containing sodium benzoate and ascorbic acid.

EDTA 4Na is used as water softener, chelating agent, styrene butadiene rubber polymerization initiator, acrylic initiator, printing and dyeing auxiliary, detergent auxiliary, etc. In chemical analysis is also used for titration, can accurately titrate a variety of metal ions, widely used.

Usage:
EDTA 4Na can be used as water-softening agents and catalysts of synthetic rubber. EDTA 4Na can also be used in printing and as dyeing adjuvants.
EDTA 4Na is also detergent adjuvants.

EDTA 4Na appears white crystal powder.
EDTA 4Na can be soluble in water and acid, but cannot be soluble in alcohol and other organic solvents.
