Use of Emulsogen LCN 506
Emulsogen LCN 506 is used as an emulsifier for emulsion polymerization improving the shear, temperature and electrolyte stability of polymer dispersions. 
Recommended usage: 2 % active based on  monomers.
Emulsogen LCN 506 can be diluted with water at room  temperature without forming a strong gel phase.

Emulsogen LCN 506  is an APEO-free, preservative-free, non-ionic emulsifier, wetting agent and compatibilizer. 
This solvent-free, readily biodegradable & low-VOC product improves the shear, temperature and electrolyte stability of polymer dispersions. 
This additive also improves tinting strength, reduces rub-out and water absorption in waterborne acrylic lacquers. 
Emulsogen LCN 506 is suitable for waterborne acrylic binder and solvent-borne alkyd binder system. 
Recommended for decorative paints. 
The recommended dosage for pure acrylic, styrene-acrylic, vinyl acetate and styrene butadiene is 2%. 
The shelf life of Emulsogen LCN 506 is 2 years.
