EMULSOGEN TS 100

The EMULSOGEN TS types are well-established replacements for NPEs in many formulations.
EMULSOGEN TS 100 is an emulsifier for mineral oils.

EMULSOGEN TS 100 is a nonionic wetting and dispersing agent for organic pigments in dispersions, preparations and coatings.
EMULSOGEN TS 100 is composed of Tristyrylphenol-Polyglycolether with approximately 10 moles ethylene oxide.

EMULSOGEN TS 100 is free of any additional biocide.
EMULSOGEN TS 100 has a HLB value of about 10 and is used for aqueous pigment dispersions, preparations, paints and coatings.

EMULSOGEN TS 100 is suitable for organic pigments and carbon black to produce stable, free flowing pigment preparations with high solid contents and with low viscosities.
EMULSOGEN TS 100 improves the compatibility of pigments and minerals with polymers and binders.
EMULSOGEN TS 100 also improves the shelf life and stability of emulsion paints.

EMULSOGEN TS 100 is a compatibilizer for tinted water- and solvent-borne deco paints and process aid for waterborne coatings.
EMULSOGEN TS 100 acts as a non-ionic, wetting agent.

EMULSOGEN TS 100 helps to reduce the grinding time by faster deagglomeration of TiO2 and fillers.
EMULSOGEN TS 100 also prevents rub-out effects, increases tinting strength and provides excellent freeze-thaw stability.

As a process aid & compatibilizer recommended dosage of EMULSOGEN TS 100 is 0.24% and 0.5-1.0% respectively.
The recommended dosage for water-borne emulsion paints (high PVC) & acrylic lacquers (low PVC) and solvent-borne alkyd lacquers (low PVC) is 0.5-1.0%, 1.0-1.5% & 0.25-1.0% respectively.

Applications of EMULSOGEN TS 100:
EMULSOGEN TS 100 is a nonionic with excellent emulsifying and dispersing properties for a broad variety of emulsifiable metal working fluids.
EMULSOGEN TS 100 shows also outstanding lime soap dispersing power and is able to disperse large quantities of calcium oleate or tallate.

EMULSOGEN TS 100 is a nonionic wetting and dispersing agent for organic pigments in dispersions, preparations and coatings.

Uses of EMULSOGEN TS 100:
EMULSOGEN TS 100 has a HLB value of about 10 and is used for aqueous pigment dispersions, preparations, paints and coatings.

EMULSOGEN TS 100 use in pigment preparations:
EMULSOGEN TS 100 is suitable for organic pigments and carbon black to produce stable, free flowing pigment preparations with high solid contents and with low viscosities.

Dosage of EMULSOGEN TS 100:
15 – 30 % based on pigments

EMULSOGEN TS 100 use in paints and coatings:
EMULSOGEN TS 100 improves the compatibility of pigments and minerals with polymers and binders.
EMULSOGEN TS 100 improves the shelf life and stability of emulsion paints.

Dosage of EMULSOGEN TS 100:
0,3 – 1,0 % based on the paint formulation

Benefits of EMULSOGEN TS 100:
Widely used in numerous registered formulations,
Reduces purchasing complexity,
Maximum flexibility in formulation development,
Globally applicable,
Constant formulation properties,
Safer application and better labeling.

Storage Stability of EMULSOGEN TS 100:
Keep EMULSOGEN TS 100 container tightly closed, cool and dry.
Protect EMULSOGEN TS 100 from extreme heat and cold.

Storage temperature of EMULSOGEN TS 100 should be between 5 - 40 °C.
Maximum storage time is 2 years.

Sensitive to frost.
In the case of EMULSOGEN TS 100 thickening or being frozen due to the effects of cold, EMULSOGEN TS 100 has to be slowly warmed up to approx. 40 - 50 °C and completely homogenized.
