EMULSOGEN TS 160

The EMULSOGEN TS types are well established replacements for NPEs in many formulations.

EMULSOGEN TS 160 is a nonionic wetting and dispersing agent.
EMULSOGEN TS 160 has a HLB value of about 13 and is used for aqueous pigment dispersions, preparations, paints and coatings.

EMULSOGEN TS 160 is suitable for organic pigments and carbon black to produce stable, free flowing pigment preparations with high solid contents and with low viscosities.
EMULSOGEN TS 160 improves the compatibility of pigments and minerals with polymers and binders.

EMULSOGEN TS 160 also improves the shelf life and stability of emulsion paints.
EMULSOGEN TS 160 is free of any additional biocide.

EMULSOGEN TS 160 is an emulsifier and wetting agent for aqueous crop protection formulations.

Applications of EMULSOGEN TS 160:
EMULSOGEN TS 160 is an emulsifier for mineral oils.

EMULSOGEN TS 160 could be used to achieve following crop protection formulation types:
Emulsifiable concentrate (EC),
Micro-emulsion (ME), or related formulation types.

Other Applications of EMULSOGEN TS 160:
Crop protection,
Emulsifiable concentrate,
Suspo emulsion,
Emulsion in water,
Oil dispersion,
Wetting.

Uses of EMULSOGEN TS 160:
EMULSOGEN TS 160 can be used as a emulsifying and dispersing agent for metal working fluids.
EMULSOGEN TS 160 shows also outstanding lime soap dispering power and is able to disperse large quantities of calcium oleate or tallate.

EMULSOGEN TS 160 is a nonionic wetting and dispersing agent for organic pigments in dispersions, preparations and coatings.
EMULSOGEN TS 160 has a HLB value of about 13 and is used for aqueous pigment dispersions, preparations, paints and coatings.

EMULSOGEN TS 160 use in pigment preparations:
EMULSOGEN TS 160 is suitable for organic pigments and carbon black to produce stable, free flowing pigment preparations with high solid contents and with low viscosities.

Dosage of EMULSOGEN TS 160:
15 – 30% based on pigments

EMULSOGEN TS 160 use in paints and coatings:
EMULSOGEN TS 160 improves the compatibility of pigments and minerals with polymers and binders.
EMULSOGEN TS 160 improves the shelf life and stability of emulsion paints.

Dosage of EMULSOGEN TS 160:
0,3 – 1,0 % based on the paint formulation

Benefits of EMULSOGEN TS 160:
Widely used in numerous registered formulations,
Reduces purchasing complexity,
Maximum flexibility in formulation development,
Globally applicable,
Constant formulation properties,
Safer application and better labeling.

Storage stability of EMULSOGEN TS 160:
Keep EMULSOGEN TS 160 container tightly closed, cool and dry.
Protect EMULSOGEN TS 160 from extreme heat and cold.

Storage temperature of EMULSOGEN TS 160 should be between 5 – 40 °C.
Maximum storage time is 2 years.
In case of EMULSOGEN TS 160 thickening or being frozen due to the effects of cold, EMULSOGEN TS 160 has to be slowly warmed up to approx. 40-50 °C and completely homogenized.
