DESCRIPTION:

Epoxol D 65 is secondary and in some cases primary plasticizers for PVC.
Epoxol D 65 can be used in nitrocellulose products and chlorinated rubber as primary plasticizers.
Epoxol D 65 can be used at 5% loading to stabilize the phosphate.

Epoxol D 65 is standard epoxidized soybean oil.
Epoxol D 65's compatibility with PVC and its gelling properties are lower.

Transparency remains excellent even at high dosage.
In PVC rigid or semi-rigid PVC films and meat wrap films and D65 S is used to supplement the lower dose in the first case.
Epoxol D 65 is particularly suitable for PVC bottles and cap seals.
The dosage depends on the final properties required for the finished product.
Dosage should be decided on a case-by-case basis depending on the resins.

Epoxol D 65 is a bio-based high oxirane epoxidized soybean oil.
Epoxol D 65 is effective in applications where an acid scavenger is required including lubricating oils, cutting oils and halogen-containing formulations. 
Epoxol D 65 is an excellent chemical intermediate for a variety of products including polymers like polyols and polyesters.
Epoxol D 65 is a transparent solvent-free epoxy system, ideal solution for the installation of 3D floors in shopping malls, large halls, office buildings, apartments, etc.

Epoxol D 65 is applied over special printed floor images in order to provide the desired 3D effect.
Epoxol D 65 consists of pure resins and selected hardeners and does not contain solvents, extenders or fillers. 
Epoxol D 65 displays low viscosity that grants great coverage and deep penetration.
