DESCRIPTION

Ethylene bis-stearamide (hereinafter EBS) is a reaction product of ethylenediamine and stearic acid. It can be produced in the form of powder, granules or flakes.

EBS can be applied to the production of ABS, PC, PP, PVC, PS products as internal / external lubricant, providing better release of products from the mold during injection molding. In addition, EBS acts as an antiblock agent in the production of various polymer films: PVC, BOPP. Gives shine to finished products. It acts as an external lubricant, as a sliding agent, reducing the adhesion of the polymer melt to the processing parts of the equipment. Prevents the formation of air bubbles, thereby reducing the risk of a fish-eye effect. It can act as a color pigment dispersant in the production of polymer color concentrates.

In addition to being used in the plastics industry, EBS is widely used in the production of bituminous materials, in particular as an adhesive additive in road bitumen. EBS improves the adhesion of bitumen to rocky materials, increases the KiS of bitumen, improves the compaction and workability of the asphalt concrete mixture. It is often used in the formulations of cast asphalt concrete mixtures.

Antiblocking in the production of PVC and BOPP films;
Dispersing agent in the production of masterbatches and masterbatches;
Antiadhesive in the production of rubber goods;
