LUPRAGEN N 100 is a catalyst for isocyanate reactions.
Coatings technology for polyurethane resin production.

Uses of LUPRAGEN N 100:
LUPRAGEN N 100 is a special catalyst for rigid foam, especially fit for making up bicomponent system, don't needs to add organic tin in compounding materials, activity is moderate, performance is stable, adjustability is large, and LUPRAGEN N 100 can be kept over a long period of time.
If the appropriate amout of LCA-1 or LCA-3 is added in compounding materials producing large capacity refrigerator, the flow ability of the foaming can be improved.

LUPRAGEN N 100 dosage commonly used for rigid foam is as about 3% as that of polyether, other supplementary catalysts can also be added according to LUPRAGEN N 100 requirement.
LUPRAGEN N 100 smells of ammonia and bitterness, LUPRAGEN N 100 can irritate skin, has some toxic, so the protect articles must be worn during the manufacture.

LUPRAGEN N 100 is recommended for evaluation in a broad range of rigid foams.
A major application is insulation foams, including spray, slabstock, board laminate and refrigeration formulations.

LUPRAGEN N 100 is also used in rigid foam furniture frame and decorative parts manufacturing.
LUPRAGEN N 100 can be used alone without any tin catalyst, or used together with other catalysts depending on process and specific requirements.

LUPRAGEN N 100 is used as an intermediate for polyurethane plastic catalysts, rubber accelerators and synthetic fibers.
Intermediate used in Polyurethane catalysts and Additives for fuels and lubricants.

Mainly used as rigid polyurethane foam catalyst.
LUPRAGEN N 100 can be used in a wide range of rigid foams.

One of the main applications is insulating foam, including formulations for sprays, plates, laminates and refrigeration.
LUPRAGEN N 100 is also suitable for the manufacture of rigid foam furniture frames and decorative parts.

The catalyst is used in the hard foam product, and can be used alone as the main catalyst without adding organotin, and can also be supplemented with JD series catalysts according to the requirements of the process and products.
LUPRAGEN N 100 is also used as an intermediate for rubber accelerators and synthetic fibers.

Isolation and Evacuation:
As an immediate precautionary measure, isolate spill or leak area for at least 50 meters (150 feet) in all directions.

SPILL: Increase, in the downwind direction, as necessary, the isolation distance shown above.

FIRE: If tank, rail car or tank truck is involved in a fire, ISOLATE for 800 meters (1/2 mile) in all directions.
Also, consider initial evacuation for 800 meters (1/2 mile) in all directions.

Nonfire Spill Response:
Fully encapsulating, vapor-protective clothing should be worn for spills and leaks with no fire.
ELIMINATE all ignition sources (no smoking, flares, sparks or flames in immediate area).

All equipment used when handling LUPRAGEN N 100 must be grounded.
Do not touch or walk through spilled material.

Stop leak if you can do LUPRAGEN N 100 without risk.
Prevent entry into waterways, sewers, basements or confined areas.

A vapor-suppressing foam may be used to reduce vapors.
Absorb with earth, sand or other non-combustible material and transfer to containers (except for Hydrazine).
Use clean, non-sparking tools to collect absorbed material.

LARGE SPILL: Dike far ahead of liquid spill for later disposal.
Water spray may reduce vapor, but may not prevent ignition in closed spaces.
