LUPRAGEN N 201, N 202, N 203 catalyst for urethane reactions.
LUPRAGEN N 201 is suitable for production of polyurethanes and as catalyst for two-components paints (automotive OEM and repair paints, plastic paints and paints for general industry).

LUPRAGEN N 201 is a solution in dipropylene glycol and is a colorless to yellow liquid, with a faint specific odor characteristic with LUPRAGEN N 201.
LUPRAGEN N 201 is miscible with water and other organic solvents.

LUPRAGEN N 201 is a liquid catalyst containing 33% triethylenediamine (TEDA).
This highly active tertiary amine catalyst promotes the reaction between isocyanate and polyol and crosslinks the foam.
And give flexible polyurethane foam good mechanical properties.

If used together with the NIAX catalyst A-1, the best performance of this catalyst LUPRAGEN N 201 can be obtained.

LUPRAGEN N 201 is characterized by large catalytic activity, smooth foaming, large tolerance to tin, easy adjustment of formula, and physical and chemical properties such as rebound rate and elongation of products produced with LUPRAGEN N 201 are superior to other products.
Seald storage at cool, ventilated and dry place, avoid direct sunlight and mixture with acidic materials.

LUPRAGEN N 201 is an organic heterobicylic compound that is piperazine with an ethane-1,2-diyl group forming a bridge between N1 and N4.
LUPRAGEN N 201 is typically used as a catalyst in polymerization reactions.

LUPRAGEN N 201 has a role as a catalyst, a reagent and an antioxidant.
LUPRAGEN N 201 is a bridged compound, a tertiary amino compound, a saturated organic heterobicyclic parent and a diamine.

LUPRAGEN N 201 is a polyurethane catalyst which strongly catalysis the gelling reaction.
LUPRAGEN N 201 in DPG (Dipropylene glycol) is used in many applications of the polyurethane industry (flexible foam, semi-rigid foam, rigid foam, elastomers, coatings, CASE).

LUPRAGEN N 201 is also used as catalyst in the production of fine chemicals.

LUPRAGEN N 201 is a solution of triethylenediamine (TEDA) in dipropyleneglycol.
LUPRAGEN N 201 is used as a catalyst for PUR-coatings.

LUPRAGEN N 201 is a colorless to yellow liquid, with a faint specific odor characteristic.
LUPRAGEN N 201 has a shelf life of 24 months.

Usage of LUPRAGEN N 201:
The effective component of polyurethane catalyst A33 is LUPRAGEN N 201, a solution made of 33% triethylenediamine and 67% dipropylene glycol.
LUPRAGEN N 201 is mainly used as a gel catalyst for polyurethane foams and is widely used in soft, Semi-rigid, rigid polyurethane foam, coatings, elastomers, in polyurethane foaming systems, isocyanate first reacts with triethylenediamine to form an active complex, the nature of the complex is very unstable, once the carbamate After the ester bond is formed, LUPRAGEN N 201 will be released, which is conducive to further catalysis.

LUPRAGEN N 201 has a strong catalytic effect on the gel reaction and the foaming reaction, especially on the polyurethane and the hydroxyl group.
LUPRAGEN N 201 is mainly used as a gel catalyst for polyurethane foams, and is widely used in soft, semi-rigid, rigid polyurethane foams, elastomers, and coatings.

Applications of LUPRAGEN N 201:
LUPRAGEN N 201 is intermediate used in the production of Polyurethane catalysts and Initial product for chemical syntheses.

Chemical Composition of LUPRAGEN N 201:
LUPRAGEN N 201 is 33% triethylenediamine solution.

LUPRAGEN N 201 is solid at room temperature and is inconvenient to use as a polyurethane catalyst.
In industrial applications, LUPRAGEN N 201 is often melted in a small molecule diol and configured to use an alcohol solution with a mass fraction of 33% (or other concentration).

LUPRAGEN N 201 is commonly used glycols include dipropylene glycol, propylene glycol, diethylene glycol (diethylene glycol), ethylene glycol and the like.

Characteristics of LUPRAGEN N 201:
Catalyst can be chosen to favor the gelling or blowing reaction,
Can be used as the sole amine catalyst or in combination,
Low VOC options available,
Colorless options available,
“Non-formaldehyde” production route option available.

Manufacturing Methods of LUPRAGEN N 201:
1, 2-Dichloroethane and ammonia water are fed into the tubular reactor, and are heated and autoclaved at 150-250°C under a pressure of 392 kPa.
The reaction solution is neutralized with alkali to obtain mixed free amine, concentrated to remove sodium chloride, then the crude Lv is distilled under reduced pressure, and different fractions are collected for separation.

At the same time of obtaining LUPRAGEN N 201, LUPRAGEN N 201 also produces ethylenediamine, diethylenetriamine, triethylenetetramine, tetraethylenepentamine and polyethylenepolyamine in parallel.
LUPRAGEN N 201 can be obtained by fractional distillation from the mother liquor producing piperazine hexahydrate, and the first production of 100t piperazine hexahydrate can obtain about 3-4t of triethylenediamine hexahydrate.

Storage and Transportation of LUPRAGEN N 201:
Should be sealed and stored in a dry, cool and ventilated warehouse

Package of LUPRAGEN N 201:
LUPRAGEN N 201 is recommended to store in a dry and cool area with proper ventilation.
After the original packaging, please fasten the packaging cover as soon as possible to prevent the water and other substances from mixing into LUPRAGEN N 201 and affecting LUPRAGEN N 201 performance.
