LUPRAGEN N 700

CAS Number: 6674-22-2
EC Number: 229-713-7
Molecular Formula: C7H18N2O
Molecular Weight: 152.24

LUPRAGEN N 700 is a very strong heterocyclic base.

Due to LUPRAGEN N 700 non-nucleophilic basic character LUPRAGEN N700 is used as strong base in the production of fine chemicals, as accelerator for hardening of epoxy and for foaming of less reactive polyurethane systems (e.g. aliphatic isocyanates).

In polyurethanes systems LUPRAGEN N 700 catalysis the gelling reaction.
Main application fields are CASE and microcellular foams.

LUPRAGEN N 700 has a high boiling (> 250 °C) which diminishes the smell of final products containing LUPRAGEN N 700 and during production.

LUPRAGEN N 700 acts as gelling catalyst.
LUPRAGEN N 700 acts as accelerator for hardening of epoxy and for foaming of less reactive polyurethane systems (e.g. aliphatic isocyanates).

LUPRAGEN N 700 is used in flexible foam, rigid foam, CASE and microcellular foams.
LUPRAGEN N 700 has a high boiling (>250°C) which diminishes the smell of final products.

LUPRAGEN N 700 is a colorless to yellowish liquid, with an amine-like odor.
LUPRAGEN N 700 is miscible with water in all proportions.

LUPRAGEN N 700 is a catalyst for urethane reactions.
LUPRAGEN N 700 is suitable for production of polyurethanes and as catalyst for two-components paints for automotive OEM, repair paints, plastic paints and paints for general application.

LUPRAGEN N 700 is highly effective.
As a liquid, LUPRAGEN N 700 is easy to handle and shows high compatibility with resins.
