APPLICATIONS
Magnesium Lactate contains magnesium to support cellular functions.
Magnesium Lactate Promotes cellular energy production
Magnesium Lactate Supports synthesis of essential molecules
Magnesium Lactate Provides cofactor support for more than 300 enzymes
Magnesium Lactate Supports ion signaling across cell membranes
Magnesium Lactate Supports the body's natural ongoing activities of bone formation and resorption
Magnesium Lactate Helps facilitate muscle contraction
Magnesium Lactate Supports the body’s energy production, which is used by the central nervous, neuromuscular, and cardiovascular systems*
Magnesium is involved in sleep pathways that support brain homeostatic sleep processes.
Magnesium Lactate is Excellent source of magnesium.
Magnesium Lactate is a mineral supplement used to prevent and treat low amounts of magnesium in the blood.
Some brands are also used to treat symptoms of too much stomach acid such as stomach upset, heartburn, and acid indigestion.
Magnesium is very important for the normal functioning of cells, nerves, muscles, bones, and the heart.
Usually, a well-balanced diet provides normal blood levels of magnesium.
However, certain situations cause your body to lose magnesium faster than you can replace it from your diet.
These situations include treatment with "water pills" (diuretics such as furosemide, hydrochlorothiazide), a poor diet, alcoholism, or other medical conditions (e.g., severe diarrhea/vomiting, stomach/intestinal absorption problems, poorly controlled diabetes).

DEFINITION

Magnesium lactate, the magnesium salt of lactic acid, is a mineral supplement.
Magnesium lactate is added to some food and beverages as an acidity regulator and labeled as E329.
Magnesium lactate is a naturally occurring mineral that is needed in the body to support the function of the heart, nervous system, and digestive system.
Magnesium lactate is used as a mineral supplement to treat magnesium deficiency.
Magnesium lactate may also be used for purposes not listed in this medication guide.
Magnesium lactate tablets supplement the reduced level of magnesium in the body.
Magnesium is important for building bones, cartilage and teeth and for the normal function of the nervous, muscular, cardiovascular and immune systems.
Magnesium lactate is used to prevent magnesium deficiency and to supplement magnesium in one-sided nutrition or in certain diseases , such as diabetes, liver dysfunction, inflammation of the liver or alcoholism.
Magnesium lactate is also suitable for the increased need for magnesium during puberty, pregnancy and breastfeeding.
Magnesium lactate can be used by adults, adolescents, children from 6 years of age, pregnant and lactating women.
Magnesium lactate is intended for the prevention or elimination of all forms of magnesium deficiency caused by magnesium losses, or in certain diseases (diabetes, liver dysfunction in inflammation of the liver or alcoholism), in one-sided nutrition, etc.
On the recommendation of a doctor, the product can be used during pregnancy, breastfeeding, anxiety and muscle cramps as needed.

-Why is Magnesium lactate important?

Magnesium lactate is a good source of magnesium.
Magnesium performs a whole range of functions in the body - in fact, Magnesium is absolutely essential for life.
This mineral is found in every cell because it is needed to make the molecules that give them the energy they need to work.
Magnesium also plays an important role in cell division, the process in which your body continually renews itself.
As if that wasn’t enough, magnesium is required for enzymes that power millions of biochemical reactions.
Without enough magnesium, therefore, you will feel more fatigued.
There are a number of common conditions that are explained by a lack of magnesium - by ensuring that you get enough from your diet may help to address them:
Muscle cramps and twitches
Weakening of the bones
Cardiovascular issues including high blood pressure, diabetes, atherosclerosis and arrhythmia of the heart
Psychological problems and behavioural issues including headaches anxiety, confusion, depression and poor sleep.
