Medialan LD is a plant-based anionic surfactant for the cosmetic industry.
Medialan LD combines a good cleansing action with relatively weak degreasing.
Medialan LD is mild Surfactant.
Medialan LD is soluble in water in any proportion and forms clear solutions.

Medialan LD is recommended to store Medialan LD in a dry, dark, cool place, in a tightly closed container.
Medialan LD is stable for at least 3 years when stored in Medialan LD's original packaging.
Medialan LD is an anionic surfactant of plant origin, ideal for use in all types of cleaning products.
Having high resistance to electrolytes, Medialan LD creates abundant and luxurious foam leaving the skin smooth and silky.

Particularly suitable as an alternative to sulfates, Medialan LD contains 30% active substance and is available in liquid form.
Medialan LD is a plant based anionic surfactant for the cosmetic industry.
Medialan LD combines good cleaning action with relatively weak degreasing power.
Medialan LD is chemically a 30% aqueous solution of the sodium salt of N-methyl-N- (1-oxodecyl) glycine .

Medialan LD is non-toxic, safe, does not irritate the skin.
Biodegradable.
Certified by COSMO.
Included in the Green Ingredients Book.
Appearance at room temperature is a clear liquid.

Concentration - 30% dry matter.
Surfactant has a high foaming ability.
Medialan LD provides an excellent synergistic effect in combination with other surfactants, while reducing irritant action and increasing foaming power.
Foaming properties depend on the pH of the finished product.

Foam stability is better in slightly acidic than in alkaline environments.
Medialan LD is advisable to bring the pH to slightly acidic from 5.5 to 6.5, for example, citric acid.
Medialan LD (Sodium Lauryl Sarcosinate) is a natural anionic, very mild surfactant derived from coconut oil.
Detergent base with good skin and mucous membrane compatibility and excellent odour and taste neutrality.

Medialan LD is stable for at least three years at room temperature.
Medialan LD is soluble in water in any proportions and forms.
Medialan LD can be combined with other anionic surfactants.
Powerful yet mild anionic surfactant produced from a natural fatty acid and the amino acid sarcosine.
Medialan LD combines a good cleansing action with relatively low degreasing.

Therefore, in the production of hair shampoos and body cleansers, Medialan LD is best combined as a mild co-surfactant with alkyl ester sulfates.
Excellent foaming power in electrolytes-containing solutions.

FOAMING BEHAVIOR of MEDIALAN LD:
Medialan LD has very good foaming properties especially insoft water anddisplays interesting synergistic and foam-stabilising properties when combinedwith other surfactants, e.g. alkyl ether sulphates.
The foaming behaviour of Medialan LD also depends on the pH of the finishedproduct.
Medialan LD is usually worthwhile to adjust the formulations to a slightly acid pHof between 5.5 and 6.5, for instance with citric acid.
Foam stability in relation to time is also considerably better in the weakly acidthan in the alkaline pH range.
Compared with some other surfactants, Medialan LD has excellent foamingpower in electrolyte-containing solutions.
