Melment F 10 can be easily mixed with water on site to obtain liquid superplasticizer.

FEATURES AND BENEFITS OF MELMENT F 10:
*No temperature sensibility
*Compatible with other additives like Stabilizers (Methylcellulose) or *Redispersible Powder Polymers
*Compatible with air entraining agents
*No change of surface tension (air entraining)
*No delay of cement hydration / strength development

HOW TO MIX DIRECTIONS OF MELMENT F 10:
How to mix with Cementitious Material:
Mix pre-mixed concrete or cement with plasticizer, Melment F 10, for a few minutes, then add water (mix at least 3-5 minutes).
You can also add Super plasticizer to the water 10-15 minutes prior to casting (until plasticizer dissolves in water), then mix with dry ingredients.

Please note:
Concrete minimum mixing time is 3 minutes with mechanical drill or 5 minutes with mortar mixer (it takes a few minutes until Super Plasticizer, Melment F 10, absorbs into the cement and start reaction).
Plasticizer recommended dosage of Melment F 10 is 0.20-2% by Cement weight.

Please note:
Super plasticizer dosage rate calculated by Cement weight, not total concrete weight

HOW TO MIX MELMENT F 10 WITH GYPSUM:
Add Melment F 10 to the water 10-15  minutes prior mixing until Melment F 10, dissolves in water, then add gypsum to pre-measured water and mix with mechanical drill.
Melment F 10, dosage rate - 0.25% by Gypsum weight.
Water-55% by Gypsum weight.
