Methylisothiazolinone (MIT) is a highly effective bactericide, heat-resistant, water-based preservative that works well to inhibit the growth of microorganisms. It can inhibit the growth
 of bacteria, fungi, mold and mildew. This product can directly add personal care products, cosmetics, coatings, cellulose and other fields.

Methylisothiazolinone is a spectrum of bactericidal preservatives that can effectively kill algae, bacteria and fungi. The active single agent can be widely used in industrial cooling 
water, oil field tank water, paper industry, pipelines, coatings, paints, rubbers, cosmetics, photosensitive films and cleaning products. The effective amount is small, non-toxic and 
environmentally friendly, and can be easily mixed with a variety of formulas. PH has a wide range of applications. Once diluted in concentration, it readily biodegrades into non-toxic
 and environmentally friendly substances. no residual emissions, good compatibility with various emulsifiers, surfactants and protein ingredients.

Application: Methylisothiazoline 3Q-611 is recommended as a biocide and microbial inhibitor in the following areas:

Miscible with other water based systems

Solubility in water: dissolves in each other.

Hazards to the human body:

The high concentration does not irritate the skin. A safe dosage is recommended. No danger to the environment.

Usage and Cautions:

When used in everyday chemicals, the concentration is 0.02-0.1% (w / w), depending on the storage environment and whether the product is susceptible to damage by microorganisms.

For use in paints, synthetic polymer emulsions and other water-based systems, the total use concentration is 0.05-0.1% (w / w); 

It can be added at any stage of production; but it is recommended to add in the last step at less than 50 ℃; avoid adding above 50 ℃. Wear protective clothing, rubber gloves, goggles and masks; Avoid any contact with skin, eyes and mucous membranes.

Packaging and storage:

The product is packaged in 25kg / barrel, 200kg / barrel or IBC drums and then packed in pallets to ensure that the goods are not damaged during transport.

Store at room temperature, protected from light; with a shelf life of one year.
