DESCRIPTION

Oleyl diethanolamide is a fatty amide nonionic surfactant derived from natural oils that provides anti-corrosive and good lubricity properties.
Oleyl diethanolamide is a rich golden, highly viscous oily surfactant with a bland odour.
Oleyl diethanolamide forms thick aqueous dispersions in water which may exhibit stable foams.

Oleyl diethanolamide phosphate was synthesized with oleic acid, diethanolamine and phosphorus pentoxide through the three-step reaction of esterification, hydrolysis and neutralization.
The optimum synthesis conditions were established, then the surface activity of the product was determined.
The optimum synthetic conditions about oleic diethanolamide phosphate were: oleic diethanolamide∶phosphoric anhkdride=1∶1(mol·mol-1),reaction temperature 80 ℃,and reaction time 3 h.
Oleyl diethanolamide had good surface active properties.

Oleyl diethanolamide is an excellent water-in-oil emulsifier, pigment dispersant and a good viscosity builder.
Oleyl diethanolamide is used as an effective dispersant for mineral clays or pigments and as an emulsifier for all types of aromatic and aliphatic hydrocarbon solvents, oil additives, polymer materials antistatic agents, anti-friction agents, boiler cleaning rust dispersant and fiber processing lubricants.

The Oleyl diethanolamide is widely used in hand washing liquids, shampoos, body cleansers and other personal care products.
Oleyl diethanolamide is processed using quality tested compounds with the help of progressive methodology by our skilled professionals.
Oleyl diethanolamide can be availed from us at competitive prices by our valuable clients.
