ORGAL HT 465

Orgal HT 465 is a general purpose hydrophobically modified acrylic thickener with pseudoplastic profile.
Orgal HT 465 is designed for coating applications.
Anionic acrylic thickener, which is a hydrophobically modified alkali swellable emulsion (HASE).
The liquid form of Orgal HT 465 thickeners is a great advantage over the dry powder forms of cellulose thickeners.
Orgal HT 465 is a cheaper, high-performance alternative to cellulose thickeners for matte latex paints for indoor and outdoor use.
The thickener is also used in other latex formulations, textiles, paper, non-woven fabrics, etc. can be used in the manufacture.
In emulsion paints, the thickener can be used alone or with a cellulose thickener.

Decorative building paints have different binding technologies.
These differences are shaped by performance characteristics, local market needs and environmental/health issues.
Most styrenic acrylic binder polymers are the first choice in many markets due to their high pigment bond strength and high frictional resistance due to their hydrophobic character.
Orgal HT 465 produced with this technology usually contains ammonia and causes a strong odor in the product.
Organic Chemistry has developed Orgal HT 465, a new generation, ammonia-free and environmentally friendly polymer that meets customer requirements.
Orgal HT 465 is a 50% solid styrene acrylic polymer developed for interior and exterior paint applications.
Orgal HT 465s is a general purpose acrylic thickener with pseudoplastic profile.
Orgal HT 465 is suitable for coatings.Orgal HT 465 provides the products with the necessary rheology.

Rheology modifiers / thickeners
Orgal HT 465 is a general purpose alkali swellable, hydrophobically modified anionic acrylic copolymer based thickener.
Orgal HT 465 can be formulated easily.
It provides the necessary rheology to the products.

Chemical composition Acrylic copolymer.

Orgal HT 465 is a polymer that offers excellent interaction with various polyurethane rheology modifiers.
ORGAL M shows the proportions of the polyurethane thickener used to equalize the final viscosity of the paint containing 30% PVC based on other acrylic polymers of styrene at 420 and 7000-8000 cps.
We see that Orgal HT 465 offers good performance and cost advantage compared to other styrenic acrylic polymers.

The new generation Orgal HT 465 has excellent color density performance with different paint systems thanks to its innovative technology.
Orgal HT 465, the comparison of color intensity with different colors reveals visually.Orgal HT 465, polymer, gives better color intensity to the paint used.

The wear resistance performance in paints made with Orgal HT 465 is much better than paints made with other styrene acrylic polymers.
According to the test made according to ISO 11998, the micron loss on the paint surface determines the performance.
Orgal HT 465 used in paints.
Reducing the micron loss on the surface indicates better performance.
