ORGAL ROOFLEX 35

ORGAL ROOFLEX 35 is a high solids, APEO free acrylic polymer produced with UV crosslinking technology. 
ORGAL ROOFLEX 35 can be used to formulate elastomeric wall coatings with an outstanding exterior durability, having excellent elongation, tensile strength, crack bridging properties and dirt pick-up resistance even at very low temperatures after ageing. 
ORGAL ROOFLEX 35 does not yellow at UV exposure.

Applications of ORGAL ROOFLEX 35:
ORGAL ROOFLEX 35 with excellent UV and crack resistance, outstanding balance of elongation, tensile strength and dirt pick-up resistance over a wide temperature range is suitable for formulation of elastomeric wall coatings. 
The formulated elastomeric wall coatings have very good water vapor permeability, also preventing the penetration of CO2, Clions, air, and other acidic gases. 

ORGAL ROOFLEX 35 offers a good adhesion to a variety of substrates without degradation. 
The coatings retain an attractive and non-yellowing appearance as they age. 

For a good application of  surface preparation should be done. 
The substrate should be clean, contain no biologic degradation and not have cracks higher than 2 mm.

Storage and Shelflife of ORGAL ROOFLEX 35:
To ensure safe storage of ORGAL ROOFLEX 35, containers should be well sealed to prevent the water evaporation and skin forming. 
ORGAL ROOFLEX 35 must be stored between 5-25°C for a maximum of 12 months and freezing must be avoided.
