OUTDOOR MATTING AGENT HM3326

Outdoor Matting Agent HM3326 gives outdoor powder coatings a stable matte finish while helping preserve surface smoothness and mechanical strength.
Outdoor Matting Agent HM3326 is especially useful in polyester/TGIC, polyester/HAA, and epoxy/polyester systems where outdoor durability and anti-yellowing performance are important.
Outdoor Matting Agent HM3326 supports reliable gloss reduction with good overbaking stability, making the final coating look uniform, clean, and weather-resistant.

Synonyms: Outdoor Matting Agent HM3326, HM3326, HM3326 Outdoor Matting Additive, HM3326 Powder Coating Matting Agent

Outdoor Matting Agent HM3326 is a matting agent synthetized from tailor-made macromolecule resin and modified microcrystal wax under the complex catalysis of amido.

Outdoor Matting Agent HM3326 is a matting agent for outdoor powder coating systems.

Application and Performance of Outdoor Matting Agent HM3326:
Outdoor Matting Agent HM3326 can be applied in Polyester/TGIC, Polyester/HAA, and Epoxy/Polyester powder systems.
In Polyester/TGIC powder system, gloss levels ranging from 25-40% may be obtained if add 2%-5% HM3326.

Outdoor Matting Agent HM3326 is especially suitable in producing weatherability powder coatings such as aluminum alloy ceiling type.
Outdoor Matting Agent HM3326 has a terrific overbaking stability, anti-yellowing property, and it will not affect levelling and mechanical properties.
Outdoor Matting Agent HM3326 is not recommended to add any accelerant to improve the impact property or add any other matting wax to improve the film matting property in the formulation.
