Oxidized PE-Wax is an excellent new type of polar wax. 
Because the molecular chain of oxidized polyethylene wax has a certain amount of carbonyl groups and hydroxyl groups, the compatibility with fillers, pigments, and polar resins is significantly improved. 
Wettability and dispersibility in polar systems is better than polyethylene wax, and it also has coupling properties, its performance is equivalent to American Honeywell A-C wax.

Applications of Oxidized PE-Wax
1. PVC film, profile, pipe, plastic processing;

Oxidized PE-Wax are widely used throughout the world for a range of applications, including packaging, coatings, cosmetics, foods, adhesives, inks, castings, crayons, chewing gum, polishes, candles, paints, plastic stabilizers, textile auxiliaries, masterbatch, foaming agent, plastic forming and other industries.

Oxidized PE-Wax  is fully saturated homopolymers of ethylene, which has high degree of crystalline and linearity. 
Oxidized PE-Wax  has a high crystalline value and thus it has attributes like low solubility in solvents, higher hardness at elevated temperatures and oil thickening capability.  
Compared with PE Wax, the molecule structure of Oxidized PE-Wax  have some hydroxyl groups on them. 
So the intermiscibility with the polar resin will been improved a lot. 
Oxidized PE-Wax  is better than PE wax when it is with the polar material.

Oxidized PE-Wax, also known as OPE wax, is a bright plastic auxiliaries for internal and external lubrication. 
Oxidized PE-Wax is mainly produced by using polyethylene paraffin stearate stearic acid sulphate heated in a reaction vessel to a temperature of 380 °C for 6 to 8 hours.
The difference between Oxidized PE-Wax and polyethylene wax is that the oxidized polyethylene wax contains a modified wax product of a polar gene, so that the properties of Oxidized PE-Wax such as durability and polishing are much better than polyethylene wax.

Oxidized PE-Wax application:
1.
