METHODS OF MANUFACTURING OF PEG-20 SORBITAN TRIOLEATE (POLYSORBATE 85):
After preheating 1 mol disk 80, put it into the reaction kettle, add a sodium hydroxide aqueous solution of catalyst amount under stirring, start stirring, and vacuum dehydration. 
After replacing the air in the kettle with nitrogen, the temperature was raised to 140°C and 22 mol of ethylene oxide was started. 

The reaction temperature was maintained at 180 to 190°C. 
After the ethylene oxide was passed, the evacuation was stopped. 

After cooling, the material liquid is poured into a neutralization kettle and neutralized with acetic acid to about acid value 2, then decolorized with an appropriate amount of hydrogen peroxide, and finally dehydrated to a moisture content of 3%, and the finished product, PEG-20 Sorbitan Trioleate (Polysorbate 85), is obtained by cooling and discharging the packaging.
