PERAMIN CONPAC 500

Peramin CONPAC 500 is a powdered superplasticizer, specially designed to bring rapid and excellent fluidity even at low dosages for all types of formulations, especially in ternary Calcium Aluminates Cement rich formulations.
The superplasticizer Peramin CONPAC 500 is a powder product based on polycarboxylates.

Peramin CONPAC 500 is well adapted to ternary or high ettringitic yield binders.
Peramin CONPAC 500 provides an excellent flow to the fresh mortar, at low dosage.

SPECIFICATIONS:

Peramin CONPAC 500 is produced and controlled within a quality management system that is certified according to ISO 9001.
The specification limits define the absolute limits of product conformity applicable for individual values.
The usual range represents typical values of production.

STORAGE:

For optimal performance, Peramin Conpac 500 and Peramin Conpac 700 should be stored in its original packaging, in dry conditions at 5 – 40ºC and not in direct contact with the ground or double stacked.
When stored in these conditions, performance is guaranteed for a minimum of 18 months.

Shelf life:12 months at 5 – 35°C in unopened bags.
The product may absorb moisture and should be stored in dry premises.

Open bags should be carefully resealed and used within a relatively short period of time.
Dry mixed homogeneously with other ingredients of dry mortar and packaged as one product, which can be at job site mixed with recommended dosage of water for application.

Recommended dosage is 0.015-0.45% based on binder weight. 
The detailed dosage should be determined by test in advance according to local raw materials and construction regulation.
