Polyphase AF3 is a broad-spectrum, non-metallic fungicide solution for waterborne and solvent-based applications. 
Polyphase AF3 is effective against a wide variety of fungal organisms. 
Polyphase AF3 is recommended for use to protect both interior and exterior products from the growth of fungal organisms on the end-use product. 
Polyphase AF3 is suited for waterborne and solvent-based applications.

Polyphase AF3 offers excellent dry film fungal protection in interior and exterior paints, coatings, and wood protective stains. 
Polyphase AF3 is also provides superior fungal control in wood preservation as well as preventing mildew growth in adhesives, caulks, sealants, textile applications, metal working fluids, ink systems, and other industrial applications. 
Polyphase AF3 is based on the active ingredient IPBC.


Polyphase AF3 is a fungicide for use in aqueous and solvent systems such as Oleo-Resinous and latex paints, wood products, cutting oils, textiles, paper coatings, inks, plastics, adhesives, canvas and cordage 

Polyphase AF3 is a non-metallic fungicide. 
Polyphase AF3 is used as a dry film preservative in wood protection and lacquers. 
Polyphase AF3 is suited for waterborne and solvent-based applications. 
Polyphase AF3 offers compatibility with water reducible resins and aqueous polymer emulsions such as pure acrylic, styrene acrylic and polyvinyl acetate and copolymers. 
The use level of Polyphase AF3 is 0.1-6%.


POLYPHASE AF3 is a clear liquid dry-film preservative which prevents the growth of fungi, mold & yeast on a range of technical products.

APPLICATION INSTRUCTIONS
The following are suggested use levels for Polyphase AF3. 
Typical use levels given for the various applications indicate the approximate levels for the particular application. 
All suggestions are in percentage by weight and refer to the product Polyphase AF3. 
In order to determine the most cost effective use level for Polyphase AF3 in a given use, field trials are suggested.
Do not apply this product in a way that will contact workers or other persons.
Polyphase AF3 is not to be used in formulations for materials that will come in contact with food.

-PAINTS AND STAINS: Generally use 1.0 – 2.5%. 
For hot, humid areas use up to 2.5%. 
For interior paints use 0.4 – 0.5%. 
For wood protective stains use 1.0 – 3.0%.

-PLASTICS: For use in PVC plastics such as shower curtains, tarpaulins, umbrellas at a level of 0.17 – 2.0%.

-CUTTING OILS: Use 0.1 – 1.75%

-WOOD: For above ground use only at rates of 1.6 – 6.0% depending on protection desired. 
For sapstain control use 0.1 – 0.15% within 24 hours of cutting. 
For millwork use 1.6 – 6.0%. 
Do not apply to wood surfaces that come into contact with food.
Surfaces which may be in continuous contact with skin should be coated with a varnish, or lacquer after treatment with Polyphase AF3.

-TEXTILES: Use for coatings or dyes at 0.2 – 4.0%. 
Not for use in fabrics for human wear.

-PAPER COATINGS: Use in aqueous and solvent based coatings applied to paper at 0.5 – 2.0%.

-CANVAS AND CORDAGE: Use 1.0 – 4.0%

-ADHESIVES: Use 0.09 – 2.0%

-INKS: Use 0.2 – 3.5%
