Propyl Cellosolve Solvent's fast evaporation, high water solubility and active solvency make Propyl Cellosolve Solvent ideal for a variety of cleaning applications.

Propyl Cellosolve Solvent (Ethylene Glycol Monopropyl Ether) is a colorless, water-miscible solvent providing a slow evaporation rate, good viscosity control in waterborne resins, and high flash point. 
Propyl Cellosolve Solvent has a milder, less detectable odor than most other glycol ethers, enhancing its use in coatings when mild odor is desirable.

Response
IF ON SKIN (or hair): Take off immediately all contaminated clothing. 
Rinse skin with water/shower.
IF IN EYES: Rinse cautiously with water for several minutes. 
Remove contact lenses, if present and easy to do. 
Continue rinsing.
If eye irritation persists: Get medical advice/ attention.
Wash contaminated clothing before reuse.
In case of fire: Use dry sand, dry chemical or alcohol-resistant foam to extinguish.

Description of first aid measures
General advice:

Eye contact:
Immediately flush eyes with water; remove contact lenses, if present, after the first 5 minutes, then continue flushing eyes for at least 15 minutes. 
Obtain medical attention without delay, preferably from an ophthalmologist. 
Suitable emergency eye wash facility should be immediately available.

Ingestion: 
If swallowed, seek medical attention. 
Do not induce vomiting unless directed to do so by medical personnel.
