ATAMAN KIMYA OCCUPATIONAL HEALTH AND SAFETY POLICY

Ataman Chemistry; Based on the requirements of the legislation of the country in which it operates and the requirements of national and international standards in all workplaces regarding occupational health and safety; It fulfills its occupational health and safety responsibilities with the participation of all relevant parties, including employees, interns, visitors and business partners.

Ataman Kimya all workplaces; It carries out studies to prevent unsafe acts and situations in order to eliminate or reduce to an acceptable level the sources of danger that may lead to work accidents and occupational diseases, and ensures the participation of employees and relevant stakeholders in these studies. The health and safety of its employees, business partners, customers and visitors, which are its most fundamental values in all areas where it operates, is Atman Kimya's top priority. In this regard, as a requirement of Ataman Kimya's responsibility for the creation of healthy individuals and workforce;

• To carry out continuous improvement studies in order to eliminate dangers to life and property safety such as diseases, injuries and emergencies,

• Conducting a risk assessment on occupational health and safety with the participation of employees and reaching an acceptable risk level,

• Using new technologies, evaluating changes and opportunities, managing processes with a proactive approach starting from the design project stage,

• To ensure the participation of all levels of the organization and our stakeholders in improving occupational health and safety practices,

• To work to raise awareness, raise awareness and develop competencies in all areas in which we operate,

• To develop the habit of safe behavior in all employees and make it a lifestyle in order to improve the culture of occupational health and safety,

• To comply with legal obligations within the scope of occupational health and safety and relevant national and international standards,

• To improve, review and monitor our occupational health and safety performance by setting measurable and applicable targets,

• To disseminate good practices within and outside the community, to take into account the needs and expectations with suggestions and recommendations from relevant parties/stakeholders,

• Adopting the principle of "Healthy individual, safe workplace"
