Sodium Cocoyl Alaninate is a very gentle surfactant that is based on the natural amino acid L-Alanine. 
Sodium Cocoyl Alaninate is made from L-Alanine and coconut oil fatty acid. 
Sodium Cocoyl Alaninate has good foaming properties, especially in neutral and weakly acidic conditions. 
Sodium Cocoyl Alaninate produces a rich, creamy foam.
