It is a yellowish clear liquid aqueous solution of a copolymer with groups of high pigment affinity.
TEGO Dispers 750 W wets and stabilizes all types of pigment with good compatibility and hardly affects stability.
TEGO Dispers 750 W is suitable for waterborne, direct grind, resin-free, and resin based pigment concentrates.
RECOMMENDED ADDITION LEVEL
As supplied calculated on inorganic pigment: 5.0 - 30.0 %
As supplied calculated on organic pigment: 20.0 - 70.0 %
As supplied calculated on carbon black: 40.0 - 150.0 %
Recommended addition level for co-grind: 0.5 - 2.0 %
PROCESSING INSTRUCTIONS
Add to the grind before dispersion.
The product should not be used as the only wetting and dispersing additive in agrind based on pigment black.
Before using uncoated stainless steel for storage and trasport of the product, theresistance should be checked.
HANDLING & STORAGE
When stored in an original unopened packaging between +4 and +40 °C, theproduct has a shelf life of at least 24 months from the date of manufacture.
