TEXTURECEL CRT 30000

DESCRIPTION:

TEXTURECEL CRT 30000 is a high purity carboxymethylcellulose powder which is used in the production of lithium-ion battery electrodes as a polymer binder.

TEXTURECEL CRT 30000 is a high molecular weight, water-soluble sodium carboxymethylcellulose (CMC) polymer.

TEXTURECEL CRT 30000 is used in a variety of applications as a thickener, binder and film former.

TEXTURECEL CRT 30000 is most commonly used in the production of lithium-ion batteries as a binder for the anode.

TEXTURECEL CRT 30000 provides improved mechanical strength to the anode and reduces surface defects that impact charging and discharging to improve cycling.
The high purity and water-soluble nature of TEXTURECEL CRT 30000 make it much more efficient and environmentally friendly than other binders used in electrode production such as PVDF.

TEXTURECEL CRT 30000 is also used as a general purpose thickener for coatings, inks and adhesives.
As a thickener, TEXTURECEL CRT 30000 provides a significant viscosity increase at a relatively low addition rate (typically less than 2%) and pseudoplastic rheology.

The shear-thinning nature of coatings, inks and adhesives thickened with TEXCTURECEL CRT 30000 makes them easier to apply and improves the preparation's ability to cling to vertical and overhead surfaces.

TEXTURECEL CRT 30000 provides multiple functionalities in many dosage forms – from oral solids, like granules and pellets, to powders and coatings for tablets.
Due to its versatility, TEXTURECEL CRT 30000 can also be applied in topicals and semi-solid and liquid forms, including ointments, cream, gels, pastes, suspensions and emulsions; and wound care products, too.

TEXTURECEL CRT 30000 is an anionic water-soluble cellulosic polymer.
TEXTURECEL CRT 30000 is based on a granular form sodium carboxymethyl cellulose to provide a viscosity of 30,000 cP at only a 2% add level.

TEXTURECEL CRT 30000 is commonly used in gel packs for its non-toxicity, food-grade approval, and gel formation capability.

TEXTURECEL is a highly purified cellulose-derived ingredient suitable for a range of dietary supplement applications – from tablet formats, capsules and powers to granules for ready-to-mix sachets and drinkable solutions.

APPLICATIONS OF TEXTURECEL CRT 30000:
TEXTURECEL CRT 30000 is an ideal polymer for gel form products such as ice packs and food packaging packs.

TEXTURECEL CRT 30000 also provides relatively high viscosity which is suitable for batteries, ceramics, cleaners, and coatings when a high level of thickening is required.

Gel Packs and Absorbents:
TEXTURECEL CRT 30000 is ideal for absorbent pads, gel and cool packs for its non-toxic profile and high gel formation especially when food contact approval is needed.

Ceramics: TEXTURECEL CRT 30000 is commonly used in glazes, tiles and clay bodies for thickening, plasticity, and green strength.

Cleaning Solutions: TEXTURECEL CRT 30000 is utilized in detergents and cleaners for higher viscosity yield and improved rheology.

Coatings and Inks: TEXTURECEL CRT 30000 is an economical alternative to synthetic thickeners for coatings and inks when natural thickener is preferred.
