TRITON HW-1000

TRITON HW-1000

CAS: 60828-78-6

Description: Hydrocarbon Based High Wetting Surfactant
Surfactant Type: Nonionic

Inherently biodegradable nonionic surfactant that produces low foam and is used in applications such as paints and coatings, pressure sensitive adhesives, laminate adhesives, inks and printing, and metal working.

TRITON HW-1000 by Dow Chemical is a non-APE based non-ionic hydrocarbon.
TRITON HW-1000 acts as a wetting agent and surfactant. Exhibits faster processing, dispersibility and biodegradability.
TRITON HW-1000 provides excellent wetting, leveling, low foaming and de-foaming.
TRITON HW-1000 offers reduction in the dynamic and equilibrium surface tension of waterborne solutions under both static and dynamic status.
TRITON HW-1000 possesses capability of wetting various substrates, reducing defects, improving gloss and smoothness of coating films.
TRITON HW-1000 is used in water-based formulations.
TRITON HW-1000 complies with low- and no-VOC regulatory requirements.
