Vantocil P is a 20% aqueous solution of PHMB, a cationic polymeric biguanide known under several trade names such as Vantocil IB, Baquacil, Purista, and Prontosan.

Vantocil P is approved in Europe under the name Akantior for the treatment of Acanthamoeba keratitis, an ocular infection caused by the Acanthamoeba parasite.
