FIRST AID

Inhalation:
Move the affected person to fresh air.
Keep the person calm and comfortable for breathing.
Seek medical attention if coughing, irritation, headache, or respiratory discomfort develops.

Skin Contact:
Remove contaminated clothing and footwear.
Wash the affected skin thoroughly with soap and plenty of water.
Seek medical advice if redness, irritation, swelling, or discomfort persists.

Eye Contact:
Rinse cautiously with clean running water for at least 15 minutes.
Remove contact lenses if present and easy to do, then continue rinsing.
Obtain medical attention if pain, redness, tearing, or visual disturbance continues.

Ingestion:
Rinse the mouth thoroughly with water.
Do not induce vomiting unless instructed by qualified medical personnel.
Contact a physician or poison center if a significant amount has been swallowed or symptoms develop.

Note to Physicians:
Treat symptomatically and provide appropriate supportive care.
No universal specific antidote is normally available for ethoxylated castor oil surfactants.
Consider the exposure route, quantity, symptoms, and current product-specific safety data sheet.

HANDLING AND STORAGE

Handling:
Use suitable chemical-resistant gloves, protective clothing, and chemical safety goggles.
Avoid direct contact with the skin, eyes, and clothing.
Avoid breathing vapors, aerosols, and mists during transfer or formulation.
Do not eat, drink, or smoke in areas where Agnique CSO 40 & 20 are handled.
Wash hands and exposed skin thoroughly after use.

Ventilation:
Provide adequate general ventilation in storage and processing areas.
Use local exhaust ventilation where aerosols or mists may be generated.
Keep airborne exposure below applicable occupational limits.
Use suitable respiratory protection when engineering controls are insufficient.
Prevent accumulation of mist in enclosed or poorly ventilated spaces.

Storage:
Store Agnique CSO 40 & 20 in tightly closed original containers.
Keep the products in a cool, dry, and well-ventilated location.
Protect Agnique CSO 40 & 20 from direct sunlight, excessive heat, freezing, moisture, and contamination.
Store the products away from strong oxidizing agents and incompatible reactive chemicals.
Reseal partly used containers immediately after dispensing.

Spill and Leak Procedures:
Restrict access and ventilate the affected area.
Wear suitable protective equipment before approaching the spill.
Contain the material with sand, earth, vermiculite, or another compatible non-combustible absorbent.
Collect recovered product in a closed and correctly labeled container.
Prevent Agnique CSO 40 & 20 from entering drains, sewers, soil, groundwater, or natural waterways.

Handling Precautions:
