CAVIAR OIL

Caviar oil oil is created alongside the main caviar production process. 
There is no fishiness to the Caviar oil, just a rich smooth flavour as you would expect from caviar itself. 

Caviar oil is a unique patented oil, rich in Oleic and Linoleic Acid, and includes all three key fatty acids, ALA, EPA and DHA. 
Caviar oil is reared in fresh running water and therefore the oil does not have any high levels of heavy metals or micro-plastics as found in the vast majority of marine fish oils. This oil is a healthy option to other culinary oils.

Caviar oil is made using Arbequina Extra Virgin Olive Oil. 
Initially developed by world renowned chef Ferran Adria of El Bulli, this product is produced by using a new technique which surrounds extra virgin olive oil drops with a thin layer of water containing sodium alginate, a gum extracted from the cell walls of brown algae. 

Caviar oils are then immersed in a calcium bath, resulting in a fine gelatin capsule around the Caviar oil drop to form the caviar. With this patented method, the olive oil inside the sphere remains 100% pure. 
The Caviar oil membrane is thin and easily bursts in the mouth releasing the wonderful aromas within. 

Caviar oili has a light golden color and transparency that adds a buttery, very mild flavor to any dish. 
Caviar oil enhances both the presentation and the eating experience. 

Caviar oil has a long shelf life, making it easy and convenient to use. 
Arbequina Caviaroli is now being served by several Michelin starred restaurants. 

There are endless applications of Caviar oil, as olive oil pairs well with a wide variety of foods.

Caviar oil (refined) is obtained from the roe of farmed Siberian and Russian Sturgeon (Acipenser baerii and gueldenstaedtii) by a gentle, low temperature, enzyme extraction process without the use of solvents. 
Caviar oil is then refined and deodorised to produce a product for food and cosmetics applications. 

Caviar oil has an excellent nutritional profile, low in saturates, high in mono-unsaturates with a balanced n-3:n-6 ratio.
With Caviar oil olive oil can be used in a new, unique form. 

The bright green-golden color of real caviar and the pure, unadulterated taste of the best olive oil, refined with basil, set an optical highlight in every menu. 
The pearls allow an economical and targeted dosage, eg as an elegant topping to soups, sauces and salads.

A unique patented food grade caviar oil, extracted from Acipenser placenta through both a cold ‘Virgin’ extraction process (achieving maximum bio-actives recovery) and a secondary heated enzymatic hydrolysis and three stage separation.

ACTION OF CAVIAR OIL:


Caviar oil nourishes and improves the appearance of the skin with wrinkles and signs of fatigue, leaving the skin toned and refreshed. 
A red caviar serum, rich in omega 3 and omega 6 fatty acids, vitamins, proteins, amino acids and trace elements, which provides the skin with the necessary ingredients to preserve cell integrity and accelerate the natural collagen production process.Enriched with INCA Omega Oil, an ingredient containing omega 3-omega 6-omega 9, tocopherols, phytosterols and flavonoids, in combination with vitamins F and E, it improves the skin’s barrier function and protects cell membranes by preventing DNA damage. 

In addition, Caviar oil contains Evening Primrose, an oil rich in polyunsaturated fatty acids to form a protective film for tired skin. 
The skin is remodeled, wrinkles are smoothed and the face regains Caviar oils firmness, radiance and healthy appearance.
