Send the compressed carbon dioxide into the concentrated ammonia, and place it under the carbon dioxide pressure,  simultaneously apply cooling,  precipitate out the crystal,  followed by centrifugal separation and dehydration to obtain the final product. Upon refining, dissolve it in water, and add ethanol to re-crystallize it.

This is critical as most mass spectrometry detectors become signal saturated or even damaged with more than a trace amount of ions entering the detector proper at any one time. 
This issue limits buffering agents and other additives in LC-MS buffers to either extremely trace concentrations or to fairly volatile compounds. 
In pH ranges from about 7 to 9, ammonium bicarbonate is one of the only options available as the primary buffering agent for most LC-MS buffers.

Health Hazard Of E 503 Ammonium bicarbonate:
Inhalation may cause respiratory irritation. 
Ingestion could be harmful contact with eyes or skin causes irritation.
Breathing E 503 Ammonium bicarbonate can irritate the nose, throat, and lungs causing coughing, wheezing, and/or shortness of breath. 

No risks to humans are expected from approved uses of E 503 Ammonium bicarbonate as a pesticide active ingredient. 
The substance is approved as a food additive by the Food and Drug Administration (FDA) and as an inert pesticide ingredient by EPA, no toxic endpoints have been identified.

E 503 Ammonium bicarbonate can release ammonia gas (NH₃) and carbon dioxide (CO₂) upon decomposition, particularly when heated. 
Inhalation of ammonia fumes can cause irritation to the respiratory tract, leading to coughing, throat discomfort, shortness of breath, and, in sensitive individuals, exacerbation of asthma or other chronic respiratory conditions. 
In industrial or food-processing settings where large quantities are handled, proper ventilation and respiratory protection are recommended to prevent inhalation hazards.

Direct contact with E 503 Ammonium bicarbonate in its solid form or in concentrated solutions may cause mild to moderate irritation to the skin, producing redness or itching in sensitive individuals. 
Eye contact with dust or dissolved material can lead to burning, watering, or redness, so it is important to wear protective gloves and safety goggles when handling the chemical in industrial or laboratory environments.

While E 503 is generally recognized as safe in the quantities used for food applications, accidental ingestion of large amounts of ammonium bicarbonate could result in gastrointestinal discomfort, including nausea, vomiting, or abdominal pain. 
This is due to its alkaline and ammonia-releasing properties, which can irritate the stomach and intestines if consumed in excessive doses.
