Oxalic acid (ethavdiic acid ) is a dibasic saturated carboxylic acid, which is a chemical substance in the form of colorless crystals, soluble in water, incompletely in diethyl and ethyl alcohol, insoluble in benzene, chloroform, petroleum ether.
