ALDO MS KFG is Mono-and Diglycerides of Edible Fats or Oils
Suggested Applications
- Chewing Gum -0.5 – 1.0% Aldo MS Food Grade in the gum base improves the anti-sticking,
chewability and shelf life.
- Fudges and Fudge Sauces – 0.5% Aldo MS Food Grade prevents oil separation and
improves flow properties.
- Peanut Butter – 2 – 4% Aldo MS Food Grade prevents oil separation with improved mouth
feel and texture.
- Whipped Toppings - 75/25 blend of Glycosperse S-20 Food Grade and Aldo MS Food
Grade at 0.25 – 0.5% as an aerating agent with improved dryness body and texture.
- Caramels – 1% Aldo MS Food Grade retards sticking and improves chewability.
